French actress Marlohe, who makes her English-language movie debut in the latest 007 instalment, will play a character called Severine in the blockbuster. Harris is playing an MI6 field agent called Eve.

Oscar-winning American Beauty director Sam Mendes steps behind the camera to direct, while Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes and Javier Bardem are among the supporting cast.

Marlohe recently told Digital Spy that her favourite Bond girl is Famke Janssen's thigh-crushing femme fatale Xenia Onatopp from GoldenEye.
"I really liked Famke Janssen, she was a completely crazy psychopath who kills people," she said. "It was a very good choice of actress, and she was very brave to have done that. It shows she had a wonderful sense of humour."
