The movie follows a young woman (Kazan) who, after being mistaken for her deceased 'perfect' identical twin, decides to pretend to be her, reports Deadline.

However, when the character ends up falling in love with her twin sister's eccentric next door neighbour (Johnson), she finds herself wanting to reveal the truth.
LaMarque will write and direct The Pretty One, which was a finalist for the Nicholl Fellowship and Zoetrope screenplay contest.
Johnson can be seen each Tuesday in the US in Fox's sitcom New Girl opposite Zooey Deschanel, Max Greenfield, Lamorne Morris and Hannah Simone.
His past film credits include No Strings Attached and the 21 Jump Street remake.
Kazan appeared in Meek's Cutoff, It's Complicated and Me and Orson Welles.
