'Children of Men' tops UK box office

The Children of Men trumped The Queen to the throne at the UK box office over the weekend.
The sci-fi adaptation earned £1.28m in its first weekend, compared to the £0.91m taken by the royal drama, which remained in second place for a second week. Meanwhile, the previous weekend's top film, Talladega Nights, slipped to third place.
The Children of Men was the only new entry to make the top five, whilst Trust The Man, Dirty Sanchez and Clerks 2 debuted in eighth, ninth and tenth places.

3. (1) Talladega Nights - £0.68m
4. (5) Little Man - £0.46m
5. (4) You, Me and Dupree - £0.43m

9. (-) Dirty Sanchez - £0.26m
