The adaptation of Joseph Finder's novel was first announced in 2009.
Paranoia centres around a young corporate employee who is caught out after throwing a lavish farewell party for a colleague with company funds.
His boss coerces him into infiltrating a competitor in order to avoid prosecution.
Hemsworth recently appeared in the record-breaking Hunger Games.
Ford is currently shooting Ender's Game and Oldman will soon appear in Batman: The Dark Knight Rises.
Luketic's previous credits include comedies such as Monster-in-Law, Win a Date with Tad Hamilton! and Legally Blonde.
He is currently working on diamond heist thriller Brilliant, which stars Gerard Butler.
