The Cabin in the Woods actor was quizzed on the last horror film he'd seen in an interview with Crave Online.
"The Margaret Thatcher movie," Whitford jokingly replied.

Whitford then quipped: "What's it called? Iron Lady. Scared the s**t out of me. That creepy monster."
Meryl Streep's performance as former Conservative British Prime Minister Thatcher earned her an Oscar, a BAFTA and a Golden Globe.
Streep admitted in January that playing Thatcher was "daunting" particularly because she was an American playing an iconic British political figure.
A controversy recently erupted when Russian advertisements for The Iron Lady described Thatcher as "a bloodthirsty, Hitler-admiring leader, whose fondest desire is to destroy the working class".
