The Five-Year Engagement is the latest offering from Judd Apatow, who produced the film alongside the writer and director Nicholas Stoller.
Oscar-nominated Animal Kingdom star Jacki Weaver features in a cast with comedy actors Chris Pratt, Alison Brie, Mindy Kaling and Chris Parnell.
Segel recently revealed that he had shot a full-frontal scene for the movie as an homage to Forgetting Sarah Marshall, but decided against including it in the final cut.
The Five-Year Engagement opens in the US on April 27 and June 22 in the UK.
