The Bridesmaids director has made a guest contribution to Marc Webb's superhero movie.

"He's a great guy," Feig told Vulture regarding Webb.
"He invited me on set, and I did a little bit of writing for that movie, for one of the high school scenes, so I'm excited."
Feig created the short-lived NBC show Freaks and Geeks.
The programme launched the career of James Franco, who would go on to star in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy.

Webb's reboot for Columbia Pictures will star Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone.
The Amazing Spider-Man is due for release on July 3 in the US and July 4 in the UK.
