The Disney-owned studio's previously-announced dinosaur project will be titled The Good Dinosaur and open in cinemas on May 30, 2014.
The movie, from Up co-director Bob Peterson, takes place in a world where the giant asteroid responsible for wiping out the dinosaurs misses the Earth and the creatures continue to live.
Toy Story 3 director Lee Unkrich and producer Darla K Anderson also had a new film announced at the CinemaCon presentation.
The Oscar-nominated filmmakers will tackle a project based on the Dia de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday celebration where family and friends gather together to remember lost loved ones.
A release date and official title is yet to be confirmed for the Dia de los Muertos film.
Meanwhile, Up director Pete Docter's untitled movie has been shifted back to a June 19, 2015 release.
According to a Pixar release, the high-concept project will "take you to a place that everyone knows, but no-one has ever seen: the world inside the human mind".
