The film will be distributed via cable and video-on-demand services by GoDigital on September 18 in the US.
She Wants Me follows Sam (Josh Gad), a screenwriter who asks his girlfriend Sammy (Kristin Ruhlin) to star in his latest script. However, Hollywood actress Kim Powers (Duff) declares her interest in the part, which gives Sam a tough dilemma.
Sheen co-produced the film and appears in a cameo role throughout the picture, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
