The Limitless actress has been offered the female lead role as the wife of RoboCop (Kinnaman), who thinks she is a widow, reports Deadline.

In the original 1987 film, cop Alex Murphy was murdered but brought back to life as a crime-fighting authority with super-human strengths known as RoboCop.
The Jose Padilha-directed remake features Gary Oldman, and Samuel L Jackson is also in talks to join the cast.
Production on the film is to begin in September with plans for a theatrical release on August 9, 2013 in the US and UK.
Cornish previously appeared in last year's W.E., directed and co-written by Madonna.
