The promo artwork sees Leigh Francis's Yorkshire entrepreneur topless with a mobile phone placed down the front of his jeans. Kelly Brook, who co-stars in the comedy as herself, also appears on the poster with her arms around Lemon.
Tagline "Biggerer, Longerer, Funnierer" and Lemon's catchphrase "Ooosh! Bang tidy!" are written on the one-sheet.
The movie's supporting cast includes cameos from the likes of Spice Girls Mel C and Emma Bunton, Fearne Cotton, Holly Willoughby, David Hasselhoff, Verne Troyer, Jedward, Ronan Keating and Gary Barlow.
Keith Lemon The Film will open in UK cinemas on August 24.
