The romantic comedy topped the US box office when it opened back in April.
Friends With Benefits writers Keith Merryman and David A Newman will return to pen the sequel, with Will Packer producing, Collider reports.
Steve Harvey, who wrote the bestselling original book Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man, will executive produce.
Think Like A Man, which was released in the UK last Friday (June 22), stars Chris Brown, Gabrielle Union and Kevin Hart.
