Adam Driver has joined the cast of The F-Word.

The actor, who is best known for his role opposite Lena Dunham on HBO series Girls, will share the screen with Daniel Radcliffe and Zoe Kazan in the indie comedy.

Directed by Goon helmer Michael Dowse, The F-Word stars Radcliffe and Kazan as twentysomethings who feel an instant connection after they meet at a party, despite the fact that Kazan's character has a boyfriend.

Variety reports that Driver will play "a brash, amoral confidante" who offers Radcliffe advice as he confronts the challenge of just being friends with Kazan.

Driver recently wrapped supporting roles in Steven Spielberg's Lincoln and the Coen brothers' Inside Llewyn Davis, and will also return for the second season of Girls.

The F-Word will be released in 2013. Watch a promo for Girls below:
