Guns used by James Bond through 40 years of films are to be sold at auction.

Around 60 weapons will go under the hammer including one gun used by Sean Connery in 1962 film Dr No, which is expected to go for up to £25,000.

Other items due to be sold at an auction of film memorabilia in London include a black dress worn by Audrey Hepburn in 1961 hit Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Christie's, which is holding the December 5 sale, has given the dress an estimated price tag of £70,000.

Colin Firth's reindeer jumper from Bridget Jones' Diary is valued up around £600 and glasses worn by Michael Caine in the Harry Palmer Trilogy may fetch £3,000.

Also available will be the Obi-Wan Kenobi costume from Star Wars and a Qudditch World Cup programme from Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire.
