Colin Farrell, Jessica Biel, Kate Beckinsale and Bill Nighy walked the red carpet for the blockbuster alongside director Len Wiseman.
Celebrities including Katie Price, Sanjeev Bhaskar, musician Wretch 32 and Made in Chelsea cast member Kimberley Garner were also in attendance.
Total Recall, a remake of Arnold Schwarzenegger's 1990 sci-fi classic, sees Farrell play a factory worker who begins to suspect that he is a spy with fake implanted memories.
The movie will open in UK cinemas on August 29.
