Mila Kunis joins Paul Haggis's 'Third Person'

By
Mila Kunis has joined the cast of Paul Haggis's Third Person.

The Wrap reports that James Franco and Casey Affleck are also in talks to join the upcoming romantic drama, which Haggis has described as "three storylines, three love stories, three relationships... that combine in a very odd way".

The three interconnected stories take place in New York, Paris and Rome.

Liam Neeson and Olivia Wilde have already signed on to play a journalist and gossip columnist respectively in the New York strand, with details of the other roles yet to be released.

The Paris strand centres on an affair between a frustrated writer and his troubled lover, while in Rome an American businessman falls for an Italian woman and attempts to help free her daughter, who has been kidnapped by a local gangster.

Production on Third Person is set to begin in October.

Kunis most recently appeared in Seth MacFarlane's Ted, and will appear alongside Franco later this year in biopic Tar and Sam Raimi's Oz: The Great and Powerful.
