The glamour model has starred in a number of feature films, including horror remake Piranha 3D and as herself in new release Keith Lemon: The Film.
Asked by Metro if there is anyone she is "dying to work with", Brook said: "Quentin Tarantino. I really like visual directors and those kind of very visual, fun, quirky and sexy films."
She said of her role in Leigh Francis's film: "I read it and thought it was the most offensive script ever.
"It was quite hard to gauge because I thought it could be the best or the worst thing for me. But I thought, 'It's a bit of a dry spell, why not sign on and see what happens?' And I've loved it."
Brook also said that her American friends "can't believe" some of the things written about her in the press.
"I'm a working-class girl, I've never lived off anyone, I've made my own money, I pay my taxes," she said.
"I've never bad-mouthed anyone, never been in trouble and yet some of the scathing things that are written about you are so uncalled-for."
