Enos will portray one of the DEA members, who is also married to Worthington's character, reports Deadline.
It was revealed earlier this month that Watchmen star Malin Akerman is in talks to join the project.
Enos starred in AMC's crime drama The Killing, which was recently cancelled after two seasons.
However, there is a chance that the series could be picked up by another network since Fox has said that it "will proceed to try to find another home for the show".
It was suggested that Netflix and DirecTV are interested in picking up The Killing for a third season.
Next up for Enos is the Brad Pitt movie World War Z and Reese Witherspoon's The Devil's Knot.
