The first trailer for A Liar's Autobiography has debuted.
Monty Python comedian Graham Chapman's life is celebrated in the animated biopic.
The film features the recordings of Chapman - who died in 1989 - with input from four surviving Pythons Michael Palin, Terry Jones, Terry Gilliam and John Cleese.
Jones's son Bill headed the project, which used the services of 14 animation studios to create its varied style.
The movie is based on Chapman's book A Liar's Autobiography (Volume VI), which he wrote alongside his partner David Sherlock, Alex Martin, Douglas Adams and David A Yallop.
Recordings of Chapman narrating the 1980 book have recently been unearthed and are featured in the film.
A Liar's Autobiography is scheduled for release in the UK in early 2013, while some earlier screenings in select US theatres and for subscribers to EPIX will launch on November 2.
