The pair star as grown-up versions of the fairytale siblings in the project, which is directed by Norwegian Tommy Wirkola in his English-language debut.
Taken's Famke Janssen, Fargo's Peter Stormare, Thomas Mann and Zoe Bell also star in the film.
Paramount recently announced that the movie will be released with an R rating.
The film was originally scheduled to come out back in March, but was later delayed until early 2013.
Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters will open at cinemas on January 11, 2013 in the US and March 15, 2013 in the UK.
