Figures reported by The Wrap show that the final film in Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy has now taken $603 million (£376.7 million) outside of the US.

When added to its American box office revenue of $437.8 million (£273.5 million), The Dark Knight Rises has now earned $1.041 billion (£650 million) worldwide.
The film achieved another box office milestone last week when it passed the $100 million mark on IMAX screens - only the second film after Avatar to achieve such takings in its IMAX format.
The Dark Knight Rises became the 13th film in movie history to break the $1 billion box office threshold at the start of the month.
