A trailer for Matt Damon's Promised Land has debuted.
The drama reunites the actor with Good Will Hunting director Gus Van Sant.
The film centres around Steve Butler (Damon), the charming employee of a company looking to drill - or 'frack' - for natural gas in a small town.
As he gets more deeply involved in the community, he begins to question whether the mining would be the best thing for the locals.
Frances McDormand stars as his partner, with John Krasinski and Rosemarie DeWitt as concerned locals.
Damon and Krasinski were co-writers on the screenplay.
Promised Land will debut on January 11 in the US. It is yet to receive a UK release date.
