Michael Bay has denied a report from Twitch that the actor has entered talks for the Paramount Pictures sequel.

The pair have recently completed work on Pain and Gain.
Bay took to his website to respond to the rumours that the two would reunite on his fourth film in the Transformers franchise.
"The Mark Wahlberg T4 rumour is just a rumour," he said. "Mark and I are talking about another film project."
There is currently no word on what that project may be.
Wahlberg was most recently seen in Ted. He will next appear in Broken City and Pain and Gain.
Transformers 4 has also been reported to be seeking a female lead.
