Sam Raimi's upcoming Evil Dead remake has received its first trailer.
Jane Levy features as lead character Mia in the reboot of the horror classic, directed by Fede Alvarez and produced by Raimi and original star Bruce Campbell.

The trailer sees a group of five young friends heading to a remote cabin in the woods.
However, a curse is placed on them after they read from a mysterious Book of the Dead, leading to extremely violent consequences.
Sam Raimi recently described the remake as "gut-wrenching" and "intense".
Suburgatory actress Levy has also promised plenty of gore and violent content, but described it as a "beautiful movie".
The Evil Dead will be released in the first quarter of 2013.
