'Batman Begins'
The Donnie Darko actress is being lined up to play Rachel Dawes, the role made famous by Katie Holmes in 2005's Batman Begins.
Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman and Heath Ledger have already signed to appear in the film.
The Dark Knight is scheduled for release next spring or summer.
