The featurette focuses on Anne Hathaway as Catwoman, and features director Christopher Nolan, producer Emma Thomas and stunt coordinator Tom Struthers discussing her physical commitment to the role.
"She just attacked it with a precision, and I can't imagine how difficult it must have been for her," Thomas enthused.
"She was having to do the most amazing stuff, and having to do it backwards and in high heels."
Fight arranger Buster Reeves went on to describe the fighting style that was developed for Hathaway in the film.
"We tried making her more balletic and feminine, rather than brutal, as in, 'If you attack me that's your mistake, I'm going to use your force against you'," he said.
