Amy Winehouse has been offered a £2 million deal to star in the new St Trinian's film.
Producer Rupert Everett, who will also star in the movie, has asked the Rehab singer to play a schoolgirl.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday: "Rupert thinks Amy will be perfect. He's absolutely determined to sign her up. He thinks she's got the perfect image for the new, edgy St Trinian's."
Winehouse's father recently admitted that he wanted Amy to slow down.
