The picture featuring returning stars Bruce Willis, Mary-Louise Parker and John Malkovich was debuted by Entertainment Weekly.
Few details have been revealed regarding the sequel, which reunites a retired assassin with former colleagues including Helen Mirren and Malkovich.
They will return for the sequel alongside newcomers Anthony Hopkins, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Byung-hun Lee and David Thewlis.
Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura has described the first film as featuring characters "playing it very straight while outrageous, fun s**t is going on", a tone she says will be continued in the second outing.
