Quentin Tarantino's latest film sees Foxx's Django team up with Dr King Schultz (Waltz) in a bid to reclaim his wife from a ruthless Mississippi plantation owner (Leonardo DiCaprio's Calvin Candie).
"The way the slave trade deals in human lives for cash, a bounty hunter deals in corpses," says Schultz. "The state places a bounty on a man's head. I track that man, I find that man, I kill that man. After I've killed them I transport that man's corpse back to the authorities."
Schultz adds: "Like slavery it's a flesh for cash business."
Waltz and Tarantino both took home awards for 'Supporting Actor' and 'Original Screenplay' at last night's Golden Globes.
Django Unchained is showing in US cinemas now and will open in the UK on January 18.
