Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson lead the cast of the action thriller, which is directed by Transformers helmer Michael Bay.
Pain & Gain, which is based on a series of 1999 Miami New Times articles, sees Wahlberg and Johnson play Daniel Lugo and Paul Doyle, a pair of bodybuilders who find themselves caught up in a kidnapping and extortion plot.
Anthony Mackie, Ed Harris, Rob Corddry, Tony Shalhoub, Bar Paly and Rebel Wilson are among the supporting cast for the film, Bay's first non-Transformers outing since 2005's The Island.
Bay and Wahlberg will reunite for blockbuster sequel Transformers 4.
Pain & Gain will debut on April 26, 2013 in the US and on May 3 in the UK.
