When asked asked whether the time-travel story of the upcoming film would serve as a "reset" by HitFix, the Superman Returns filmmaker laughingly admitted that he would make some changes.

He declined to reveal what he wanted to get rid of, saying: "No, I shouldn't."

20th Century Fox's next X-Men movie will see the return of James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore and Patrick Stewart in a tale that will apparently span two eras of the Marvel Comics setting.
