Elizabeth Banks appears in the Capitol Couture-released image as District 12 escort Effie Trinket, reprising the role from last year's The Hunger Games.
A poster featuring Stanley Tucci as Caesar Flickerman was unveiled yesterday, while 'Victory Tour' posters featuring Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) have also been released.
Catching Fire picks up with Katniss and Peeta returning home to District 12 following their victory in the 74th Hunger Games, which requires them to embark on a 'Victory Tour' of all 12 districts.
During the tour, Katniss senses that a rebellion is brewing, while the Capitol - led by President Snow (Donald Sutherland) - makes preparations for the next Hunger Games ceremony.
Lawrence, who recently won an Oscar for her performance in Silver Linings Playbook, has enthused about playing the role of Katniss, describing her as "a hard character to get bored with".
Francis Lawrence takes over as director from Gary Ross, and will also direct the final two instalments in the series.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will be released on November 22.
