Kirsten Dunst has announced that she is directing her own movie this summer.
The Spiderman actress has agreed to write the script for a spooky ghost film, which will be based on a reader's letter to a magazine.
"They're giving me carte blanche," Dunst is quoted by the Daily Star as saying. "I pick everyone I want to collaborate with."
She added: "I've always been a big fan of Roman Polanski and Rosemary's Baby. We just don't make movies like that any more."
