Keira Knightley could play Princess Diana in a new film.
The actress is being considered for the role in the new movie, which will document the Royal's life. It will be based on the book Diana and the Paparazzi, with movie bosses currently bidding for the rights.
Film producer Quentin Reynolds, one of the bidders, revealed: "Already the word in Hollywood is 'get Knightley'. It's a story that has everything: pathos, tragedy, comedy, adventure...and Princess Diana."
He added that it was suspected that the film would be even more successful than The Queen: "For every pound The Queen makes, a film about Diana will make ten," he claimed.
