'Transformers' tops US box office chart

Transformers has debuted at the top of the US box office chart, with takings of $70.5m.
The robot movie knocked Ratatouille, which took $29m, into second place, while Die Hard 4.0 also dropped one place to number three ($17.7m). License To Wed debuted in fourth position ($10.4m), followed by Evan Almighty at number five ($8.72m).
