Paula Abdul denies 'Bratz' axe
Paula Abdul has denied claims that she was dropped by producers of the forthcoming Bratz movie.

Although the American Idol judge's reality TV show showed her screaming: "How could they treat me this way?" after speaking to producers over the phone, a representative for the former pop star has insisted that she turned down the role.

The spokesperson for Abdul explained: "She was filming American Idol three days a week, her Bravo reality series Hey Paula five days a week, she was in the process of expanding her successful QVC jewellery line, and coming up with the first scent in her new perfume line Sexy Thoughts. Something had to give."
