Simpson denies 'straight to DVD' rumours

The actress appears alongside Luke Wilson in romantic comedy Blonde Ambition, which follows the fortunes of a small town girl who finds success as a businesswoman in New York City.
A report on website UsMagazine.com claimed that the movie would not be released in theatres, with an unnamed source describing it as "absolutely horrible" and criticising Jessica's acting skills.
However, Simpson's representative insisted: "It's definitely a theatrical release."
