Anderson discusses Shropshire sex
Gillian Anderson has revealed the secrets behind the sex scene in her recent movie Straightheads.

The X-Files actress has explained that the set of the movie was so cold during filming that it made her love scene almost impossible to film.

Anderson told the Daily Express: "The scene was filmed in the dead of night, with all the crew standing around with fires to keep us warm. The sides of my dress needed to be stuck to me, or it would have fallen wrong.

"I had to have two tapes on my side. But because it was so cold, the tape wasn't working and my dress kept peeling off too soon."

The actress, who stars alongside Danny Dyer in the Midlands-set thriller, added: "My lover's job was to cover the tape while we were in the middle of pretending to have sex. It wasn't easy.

"That is my memory of having sex in Shropshire."
