Lily Allen for spoof 'Pride and Prejudice'

The 'Smile' singer will appear in Jane Austen Handheld alongside Stephen Fry and Russell Brand.
Allen will play the part of Lydia Bennet, with Brand featuring as the love interest George Wickham. Fry plays the singer's father Mr Bennet.
Directed by Peep Show's Tristam Shapero, the film goes into production in Spring 2008. The actors playing the characters Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy have yet to be confirmed.
