'Indiana Jones' lawsuit is settled
Published Wednesday, Oct 3 2007, 14:53 BST | By Kimberley Dadds

The cast of the fourth instalment of the series was banned from publicly discussing the plot, but a Superior Court order was filed when actor Tyler Nelson knowingly violated the agreement that he had signed.
Tyler revealed details of the plot of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull while being interviewed by his local newspaper in Oklahoma last month, but the publication has since removed the story.
A spokesperson for director Steven Spielberg said that he was not yet sure whether Tyler's scenes would be cut from the movie.
Lucasfilm's director of business affairs, Lynn Bartsch, said: "We ask every cast and crew member to sign a confidentiality agreement because we want to protect the movie's thrills and surprises for audiences."
Terms of the settlement have not been revealed.
