'Why Did I Get Married?' tops US chart

Comedy film Why Did I Get Married?, starring Janet Jackson and Tyler Perry, has knocked The Game Plan from the top of the US box office chart.
There were also new entries for We Own the Night, entering the chart in third place, and for Elizabeth: The Golden Age, which debuted at number six.
Meanwhile, George Clooney film Michael Clayton entered the top ten for the first time, moving up nineteen places from 22 to number 3, while Across the Universe moved up from number 12 to 8th.
