Eli Roth confirms 'Trailer Trash' date

Eli Roth has confirmed a release date for his forthcoming movie Trailer Trash.
The Hostel director told Bloody-Disgusting.com that the film, which is made up of false trailers, will open next August.
He said: "Trailer Trash was inspired by the two days we filmed Thanksgiving, which was the most fun I've ever had filming anything. [It's] not a horror film, it's a comedy. It will be very R-rated and completely insane.
"I want to make a film like Monty Python and the Holy Grail, which I consider to be the greatest achievement in the history of cinema. I can’t wait to shoot!”
Roth revealed last month that he will direct an episode of new series Heroes: Origins.
Trailer Trash will be released by MGM on August 22, 2008.
