Dempsey fans cause trouble on set

Directer Kevin Lima and Dempsey's co-star Amy Adams have revealed that the Grey's Anatomy actor's followers caused several difficulties on set.
Lima said: "That was difficult. It was difficult for two reasons. They ruined many of our takes by screaming.
"Then you'd see them in the background in shots trying to get a look, which was hard to control."
Talking about the large choreographed song and dance routines in the movie, Adams said: "For me it was more of a spectacle trying to keep Patrick's fans away from the set.
"That was a bigger challenge than actually shooting in Central Park."
However, Adams admitted that Dempsey knew how to control his fans and was generally able to restrain their behaviour.
She added: "Patrick has a handle on his fans. He's so great with them.
"He'll give them autographs and pictures and he'll just let them know they need to wait until we're done with the scene. They behave themselves for the most part...For the most part!"
