Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese are to team up again for what will be their fourth film together.
The actor is reportedly in final talks to play the lead in Shutter Island, based on Dennis Lehane's novel about a US Marshal who tries to track down a murderer who has escaped from a hospital for the criminally insane.
DiCaprio's company Appian Way will be involved in the production, which is due to start filming in March.
Director Scorsese and DiCaprio have previously worked together on Gangs of New York, The Departed and The Aviator.
