Disney plans 'Prince of Persia' movie

Disney has revealed plans to produce a film of the popular computer game Prince of Persia.
According to Variety, Disney has approached director Mike Newell, famed for his work on Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, to take on the project.
The computer game was first touted for a movie adaptation in 2006 when Jerry Bruckheimer claimed he was planning to work on the film.
