'St Trinian's' star bags Bond girl role?

The actress, who has only starred in one movie, beat 1,500 girls to the part, according to The Sun.
Arteton allegedly told her mum that she got the job via a text message, which read: "I got Bond!"
A source at Eon Productions claimed that Arteton was chosen because she had the "modern look".
Filming for the 22nd Bond movie, which will again see Daniel Craig star as 007, begins in January.
