The pair, who star in upcoming movie Jumper, are well known for parts in the Star Wars franchise and television show The OC respectively, but accept that overcoming them won't be easy.
Christensen said: "I think that's something that will follow me for the rest of my life. There'll always be people at the front of the hotel waiting with Star Wars pictures.
"I had a great experience making those films. I'm very fond of everything that brought but I think it's never something that will leave me," he added.
Bilson made her name in the hit US show The OC before being cast by director Doug Liman in Jumper.
"For me the TV series that I was on did bring me everything I've gotten thus far, which is amazing. I'm so grateful for it," said Bilson.
"I've been lucky, even though I've only done two films, in that they've been so different and the good part is that Doug - even though we had a relationship because he was involved with The OC - he cast me because of The Last Kiss."
