Madonna's movie to be released online

Madonna has revealed that she plans to release her directorial debut Filth And Wisdom online.

The singer is in talks with iTunes to make the low-budget comedy available as an internet download to reach as large an audience as possible.

She is quoted by WENN as saying: "I'm a beginner so I think I should start off in an understated way. Just because I'm established in one field doesn't mean that's how I should approach anything else I do.

"I've been speaking to iTunes about releasing it through them. I want the most amount of people to see the film as possible. I don't do anything conventionally."

Filth And Wisdom tells the story of a Ukranian musician who shares a flat in London with two other misfits and pays his way by moonlighting as a dominatrix.
