'Indiana Jones' to debut at Cannes?
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull may have its world premiere at this year's Cannes Film Festival, reports Fox News.

Director Steven Spielberg is negotiating with organisers to bring his eagerly awaited sequel to the prestigious French festival.

Spielberg, along with producer George Lucas and actors Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett, Shia LaBeouf and Karen Allen may walk the red carpet should the film play at the festival.

The event would be similar to last year's Cannes debut of Ocean's Thirteen when George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon met fans and posed for pictures on the red carpet.

The Cannes premiere would take place prior to the film's theatrical release on May 22. This year's festival runs from May 14-25.
