Kilmer replaces De Niro in 'New Orleans'?

De Niro was attached to star alongside rapper 50 Cent in the thriller, also known as Microwave Park, which tells the story of a police officer who uncovers a web of corruption while investigating his partner's murder.
Kilmer's website reports that the actor will play a "burly rough but loyal cop", adding "50 is my partner..."
It is not clear whether De Niro has withdrawn from the Charles Winkler-directed film, reports Moviehole.net.
De Niro has just finished shooting crime drama Righteous Kill with 50 Cent.
